INGREDIENTS 1 oz Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin 1 oz fresh orange juice

Ice cubes to fill a cocktail shaker halfway 2 oz Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvee Brut Twist of orange

DIRECTIONS In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, orange juice and ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with chilled wine. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
