INGREDIENTS 1 oz Matos Apple Brandy 2 oz local spiced apple cider 2 oz Ruffino Prosecco Apple slices, cinnamon stick pieces and star anise for garnish DIRECTIONS In a chilled wine glass, combine the brandy and apple cider, then use a long handled spoon to stir. Add the apple slices and spices, then top up the glass with prosecco and enjoy!
