Robert Mondavi is one of the New World’s most celebrated wineries. Aged in Bourbon barrels, this bold red carries a specific sweetness uncommon for a Cabernet. Top notes of oak, cherry & chocolate play well with the softer tannins, and a memorable, silky mouthfeel make this wine extremely unique. Slather sweet BBQ sauce all over pork back ribs and serve with mashed PEI Potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables.

The earthy but elegant tannins in this Australian Shiraz are offset by notes of wild field berry and hints of cedarwood & pepper. This is a young wine that will be enjoyed right away, but will also mature well in time in your home cellar. This complex wine stands very well on its own, but will pair nicely with lamb, beef & other similar rich proteins.
