Savoy Truffle Makes 2 INGREDIENTS 1 cup whole milk 2 Tbsp whipping cream 2 tsp brown sugar 60g good quality dark chocolate (85% cocoa content or higher) 3 oz Hennessy VS Cognac Chocolate shavings for garnish DIRECTIONS

Combine the milk, cream and sugar in a small saucepan and warm gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir in the chocolate and Cognac until very smooth. Divide the mixture between two small warm mugs and sprinkle a little extra chocolate shavings on top. Enjoy!
