2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream 2 Tbsp prepared dulce de leche 4 oz freshly brewed espresso A pinch of flaked sea salt DIRECTIONS

Place a scoop of ice cream in a heatproof bowl or glass, then top with a spoonful of dulce de leche. Pour 2 Tbsp of hot espresso over everything, then add a small pinch of sea salt. Enjoy right away!
